1. Offer Period

The Poppy Barley Gift for Good initiative (the “Offer”) runs on December 6, 2025 from 12:00 AM MST to 11:59 PM MST.

2. How the Donation Works

For every qualifying order placed during the Offer Period, Poppy Barley will donate $50 CAD, up to a maximum total donation of $10,000 CAD.

A “qualifying order” is an order of $50 CAD or more before tax and shipping.

3. Charity Selection

The total donation will be allocated to a charity chosen by the winner of the Gift for Good Contest.

The charity must be a registered Canadian charity in good standing. If the selected charity does not meet eligibility requirements, Poppy Barley may choose an alternative eligible charity.

4. Contest Rules

The charity selection is governed by the Gift for Good Contest Official Rules, which operate separately from these Terms & Conditions.

If there is a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the Contest Official Rules, the Contest Official Rules apply.

5. Returns & Exchanges

 If a qualifying order is returned in full, Poppy Barley may adjust the final donation amount.

 Exchanges do not affect donation eligibility if the original order met the $50 minimum.

6. Exclusions

The Offer does not apply to:

• orders under $50
• orders placed outside the Offer Period
• gift card purchases 
• previous purchases
• wholesale or corporate orders

7. Right to Modify or Cancel

Poppy Barley may modify or cancel the Offer if required due to technical issues, fraud, or circumstances beyond its control.

Any changes will not reduce the donation commitment for qualifying orders already placed.
