To provide you with gifting flexibility, we've extended our returns policy.  All orders of full-priced products placed between November 12, 2025, and December 10th, 2025 can be returned in-store or online until January 10th, 2026.  

For orders placed on or after December 11, 2025, our standard 30-day return policy applies. 

Sale items purchased during November 12th, 2025 and December 10th, 2025, including our Black Friday Sale, are eligible for exchange only until January 10th, 2026. All ticketed, final sale-priced items purchased in-store at any Poppy Barley retail location will be Final Sale.
