How do birthday discounts work?
Poppy Perks members will receive a discount code to the email address associated with their Poppy Perks account seven days before the date of birth stated in their Poppy Perks account. The discount code value is determined by members' Poppy Perks tier status. Iconers will receive $50 CAD off, Sole Mates will receive $30 CAD off, and Core Crew members will receive $15 CAD off.
If you sign up for a Poppy Perks account and your birthday is within the next 30 days, your birthday reward will be sent 30 days after the date of entry. If you have entered your birthday incorrectly, please contact our team at [email protected] to adjust it.
Birthday discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts. See full terms and conditions.
How do I receive free shipping?
Upon logging in to your Poppy Perks account or entering your email at the check-out screen, Core Crew and Sole Mates will automatically receive free Standard Shipping on orders $200+ CAD before taxes. Iconers will receive free Standard Shipping on orders of any value. You may opt to upgrade to Express Shipping at an additional cost.
How do I enter the Exclusive Giveaway?
On a seasonal basis, we hold an exclusive giveaway for Poppy Perks Members. You will be able to access and enter the Poppy Perks Seasonal Giveaway by logging into your account and visiting the link at the left side bar. Alternatively, you can visit the seasonal giveaway sign-up here.
Please note, only Sole Mates and Iconers are eligible to enter and win the giveaway unless otherwise stated. The recipient will be randomly selected and contacted at the end of the giveaway period. By entering, you agree to sign up to receive newsletters and special offers from Poppy Barley. You may opt out of these emails at any time.
When does the Annual Tiered Sale happen?
Our annual tiered sale typically happens in January. Members will automatically receive a discount code to redeem online or in-store.
How does Free Monogramming work?
Iconers can receive complimentary monogramming add-ons (typically $10) to applicable products. To redeem, members must sign into their account, add the applicable small leather good to their cart, and "add personalization" to note the initials. At the check-out screen, the $10 discount will automatically apply for Iconers only.
