How do I redeem my Poppy Perks?
Poppy Perks points can be redeemed at the time of checkout. If you have a credit eligible for redemption, it will automatically appear on the checkout page. Click redeem to add the credit to the order.
You can also redeem your points through your Poppy Perks account. This will require you to manually copy and paste the code at the time of checkout.
I accidentally redeemed points and lost them.
You can find all your redemption codes under your rewards history under the My Perks tab in your profile. Redemption codes never expire so you can redeem them on any future qualifying purchase.
Can I reverse my point redemption?
No, once points have been redeemed they can no longer be refunded.
Do redeemed points expire?
No, coupon codes generated by redeemed points do not expire
Why can’t I use my Poppy Perks on my purchase?
Poppy Perks redemptions are only applicable on orders of $200 CAD or more. They cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts. The Backpack, The Slim Backpack, The Co-Worker Tote, and The Beyond Diaper Bag are also excluded from Poppy Perks redemptions.
How do I leave a product review?
Within 35 days of receiving your product, you will receive an email prompting you to leave a review. Simply click on the link, leave a review and you will be awarded your 100 points!
The review points reward will only be awarded for products purchased in the last 365 Days.

How do the birthday points work?
On your birthday, 200 points will be added to your Poppy Perks account. You will have 7 days to use the points before they are removed from your account.
If you sign up for a Poppy Perks account and your birthday is within the next 30 days, your birthday reward will be applied 30 days after the date of entry.
