Poppy Perks points expire after 1 year of inactivity. Activity is considered as the following:

• Making a purchase
• Receiving a perk/reward - This includes all perks except for earning points via the Birthday campaign. For example, if a customer is inactive and only received points as part of the Birthday campaign, they will be considered inactive.
• Referral completion
• Referral share
• Redeeming points

Poppy Perks points can be earned at poppybarley.com, Poppy Barley retail stores and all Poppy Barley brand pop-up shops.

Poppy Barley will not reward points on purchases made on third-party marketplaces.

You can view your Poppy Perks points balance in your account. Your account page is your destination for everything Poppy Perks related including to view year-to-day activity, current spend balance, current points balance and tier level benefits.

If your order is less than the discount amount, the additional points will be forfeited.

You can earn 100 points, once per month, for tagging @poppybarley on Instagram or TikTok. You can start earning points again 30 days after tagging. Private Instagram accounts cannot earn points for mentions.
