What is the Poppy Barley Warehouse Sale?
Our first ever online sample sale! Typically held in person, this year we are doing things a bit differently and bringing our sample sale online. It will begin January 12th, 2021 and run until January 16th, 2021 at 11:59 MST. It will feature a mix of old product, excess inventory, cosmetically defect product (still perfectly usable product), and last of styles. Why is there a limited selection of products and sizes?
In order to bring you the best quality and process, our team has curated a selection of products for our Warehouse sale. This selection is made up of last season's merchandise and some items with slight defects for you to shop at a great price to help make room for new items at our warehouse!
Is a pair reserved when it is in your cart?
No, items are not reserved until your payment is processed and your confirmation number is received. We recommend shopping early and having your size ready to avoid disappointment.
Will you be restocking throughout the Warehouse Sale?
Our warehouse sale is first-come, first served. We will not be restocking through the sale, so be sure to act fast to guarantee your sizes and style!
Can I use my discount code or referral code on my order?
Sorry, no. Discount codes and referral codes cannot be used on Warehouse Sale items.
How can I pay for my order?

What size should I order?
All our products fit true to size, if there are any style-specific sizing notes it can be found in the product description under the product! Check out our fit page if you have more questions!
When will my order ship by?
All orders should ship within 1-3 days of your order being placed.
What if I do not like what I ordered?
It is possible that you may not love or even like what arrives in the mail. Everyone has different preferences and it happens. However, everything in our Warehouse Sale is final sale, so it is not eligible for return or exchange.
My shoes feel too snug, what can I do?
We find that the leather in our shoes does relax slightly, as they are full leather and have leather lining. Often this process is between 12-18 hours so we often encourage our customers to wear them around the house to help with this process. If they are still feeling too tight a cobbler can professionally stretch them for you!
