What is Poppy Perks?
Poppy Perks is a loyalty program that rewards customers with exclusive offers and experiences. Joining is free and you'll unlock new perks through your purchases at Poppy Barley.
How do I join Poppy Perks?
To join Poppy Perks, create an account here and you will instantly be enrolled. If you have already created a Poppy Barley account, you will automatically be entered into the Poppy Perks program.
To join Poppy Perks in-store, a Poppy Barley staff member will be happy to assist you with the sign-up process in-store!
What if I already have a Poppy Barley account?
If you have already created a Poppy Barley account at poppybarley.com, you will automatically be enrolled to the Poppy Perks loyalty program. If you have purchased at Poppy Barley but have not created an account, you will need to create an account at https://poppybarley.com/getperks , to officially be enrolled. Past purchases will only be recognized within your Poppy Perks account providing the same email was used on past purchases.
If I subscribe to your emails, does that mean I am a part of your Poppy Perks?
No, subscribing to our "Insider" email list does not mean you are signed up to Poppy Perks. You must create an account in order to join Poppy Perks.
By joining Poppy Perks, and agreeing to Poppy Barley's email subscription, you will be both a Poppy Perks loyalty member and Insider subscriber. You are able to unsubscribe at any time
How can I cancel my Poppy Perks account?
If you would like to cancel your Poppy perks account, please email concierge@poppybarley.com. Please keep in mind that once you cancel your account, you can not reactivate it at any point and no past purchases can be tracked or used towards your Poppy Perks status.

Tier Breakdown Overview
There are three tiers of membership in the Program: Core Crew, Sole Mates and Iconer. All members are automatically Core Crew upon enrolment. Achieving Sole Mates or Iconer status requires a minimum spend per rolling calendar year, as per below.

Qualifying Spend: $0-$749
Sole Mates
Qualifying Spend: $750-$1999
Iconers
Qualifying Spend: $2000+
How do I qualify for a tier? How do I maintain my tier status?
Under the Poppy Perks Program, for every U.S. or Canadian dollar spent (as applicable based on country of purchase and before taxes) on Poppy Barley products purchased at poppybarley.com or at Poppy Barley retail locations or pop-ups can be credited towards your annual spend. For every $1 you spend, you earn $1 towards your tier status. You must provide your Poppy Perks registered e-mail address to have the purchases credited to your Poppy Perks spend.
Your tier status will be calculated on a rolling year basis from the time of sign-up. This means any purchases from the 12 months prior to the time of creating an account will determine your tier status at the time of enrolment. Past purchases will only be recognized within your Poppy Perks account providing the same email was used on past purchases.
How do I know what tier I am in? How do I reach the next tier?
You can view your current tier level and Poppy Perks tier benefits, in your account. To view your current spend level, simply log in to your online account. Your account page is your destination for everything Poppy Perks related including to view year-to-day activity, current spend balance and tier level benefits.
Does my tier level ever expire?
Your Poppy Perks status is good for the calendar year in which the Poppy Perks member qualifies and the following full calendar year; after that, annual re-qualification is required. Poppy Barley may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Poppy Perks tier rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of the Poppy Perks tier or may terminate the Poppy Perks tier at any time in its sole discretion, without prior notice.
I surpassed my tier purchase threshold but I have not received my new status. Why is that?
Tier status will be updated and processed 30 days past your purchase tier purchase. This is to ensure all qualifying purchases pass our 30 day return policy. Any cancelled orders or returned product will not count towards your Poppy Perks tier status.
Iconer tier members have 60 days to receive a full refund on returned full priced, unworn product.
What purchases count towards my Poppy Barley tier status?
Every dollar spent within the past twelve months on Poppy Barley product will count towards your Poppy Perks tier status. Cancelled orders, returned products, shipping, gift cards and taxes do not count towards your Poppy Perks tier status.
I have made more purchases than are showing in my account, what is going on?
This may be because you have used multiple email addresses at poppybarley.com in the past. We are only able to track purchases from the email you provided at the time of Poppy Barley account creation or joining Poppy Perks.
We are unable to add previous purchases to your Poppy Perks account if those purchases were made using a different email address than the email address associated with your Poppy Perks account.

What are Seasonal Surprises?
It's a surprise! Poppy Perks Seasonal Surprises could include exclusive sales, special product offers or limited gifts with purchase. You will have to sign-up to see what these surprises are!
Seasonal surprises cannot be applied to purchases retroactively.
How does Free Shipping apply to my purchase?
Core Crew members get free shipping with a spend of over $150.00. Poppy Perks Sole Mates and Iconers tier members will receive free shipping on all online and in-store purchases. Customers must be logged into their valid Poppy Perks account to receive their free shipping option at checkout. Not valid for cash or cash equivalent. No adjustments on previous purchases. Offer is non-transferable. Offer subject to change, alteration, or termination by Poppy Barley in its sole discretion at any time.
What are One-of-a-Kind Experiences?
One-of-a-kind Experiences are the kind of experiences you will cherish and want to be apart of. These experiences could include exclusive events, design sessions, product feedback, surprise and delights, etc. As a Poppy Perks member, you will receive first access to these experiences.
Do my Poppy Perks points expire?
No, points do not expire.
How do I earn Poppy Perks points?
All the different ways to earn points are outlined here. You can earn points by purchasing Poppy Barley products, following us on social media as well as a variety of other ways. You can also earn points by referring your friends to Poppy Barley!
When can I start redeeming points?
You can start redeeming points after you have accumulated 500 Poppy Perks points.
Every 500 points is equivalent to $25 off.
500 points = $25 off
1000 points = $50 off
1500 points = $75 off
2000 points = $100 off
Where can I earn Poppy Perks points?
Poppy Perks points can be earned at poppybarley.com, Poppy Barley retail stores and all Poppy Barley brand pop-up shops.
How does 100 points for $400 in-store/pop-up spend work?
Poppy Perks members can earn 100 extra points on purchases $400 and more at our retail stores and pop-up shops, on top of earning 1 point per dollar spent. On orders over $400, additional 100 points are awarded in $400 increments. For example, an order of $500 will only earn 100 extra points, but an order of $800 will earn 200 extra points.
How can I see how many points I have?
You can view your Poppy Perks points balance in your account. Your account page is your destination for everything Poppy Perks related including to view year-to-day activity, current spend balance, current points balance and tier level benefits.
What happens to my points if I return a product?
If you return part or all of your order, the points from purchasing those products will be deducted from your total. It may also affect your VIP tier status.
How do I use my points?
In-person, simply let us know when checking out that you would like to redeem points. We'll take care of the rest.
Online, if you have a credit eligible for redemption, it will automatically appear on the checkout page. Click redeem to add the credit to the order.
If you are using Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay, go to your Poppy Perks account and create a coupon for the point value you would like to redeem. A code will be generated. Copy and paste this code into the discount field at checkout and the credit will be redeemed.
What happens if I use a discount greater than the amount of my order?
If your order is less than the discount amount, the additional points will be forfeited.
When do I start accruing points?
You can start accruing points as soon as you complete your account setup! For Poppy Perks members who were enrolled in the program prior to February 18, 2021, points will begin accruing on and after February 18, 2021. Note: If you had a successful referral completed prior to February 18, 2021, those points have been adjusted to the new amount and are already in your account!
Why can't I see my points?
If you use an ad blocker on your browser, you will not be able to view your points. If you have any other issues, please contact our Concierge team at concierge@poppybarley.com.
How do I leave a product review?
Within 35-days of receiving your product, you will receive an email prompting you to leave a review. Simply click on the link, leave a review and you will be awarded your 50 points!

Iconer Rewards
How do I receive my Iconer Welcome Gift?
30 days after you qualify for the Iconer tier status, you will receive a welcome email graduating you into your new tier level. Within the next 30 days, you will receive instructions on receiving your welcome gift.
Limit one Iconer gift per person. Additional Iconer gifts will not be granted if Iconer status is lost and regain.
Current and former Poppy Barley employees are not eligible for the Iconer welcome gift.

As one of our most valued customers, we want to ensure every experience is an incredible one at Poppy Barley. When you reach Iconer tier status, we will send you a direct concierge contact that you can email with your Poppy Barley inquiry.
How does the Extended Return Policy work?
Iconer tier members have 60 days to receive a full refund on returned full priced, unworn product.
Sale items are NOT eligible for an extended return policy. Sale items can only be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.
