Holiday Shipping Deadlines
This year we are expecting longer than typical delivery timelines due to the higher than normal volume of online packages, as well as enhanced safety measures in place with our teams and carriers. As we approach the holiday’s we recommend following these guidelines:
- Shop online early. To ensure your package arrives before December 24th, consider placing your online orders before December 10.
- Shop online and pick-up in store or at our warehouse in as little as 3 hours (this service is only available in Edmonton and Calgary).
- Allow extra time if your delivery address is in a remote postal area.
Shipping within Canada
December 16th is the last day to guarantee arrival before December 24th for major centres. Note: estimated delivery dates as quoted by Canada Post to arrive before December 24th. We cannot guarantee the timelines.
Shipping to the United States
December 11th - the US shipping deadline. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates to US destinations.
To continue to keep our team safe we are limiting the amount of staff in our warehouse. We are continuing to work very hard to get your items out to you as quickly as possible, but appreciate your patience at this time. Orders are shipping out in 1 to 3 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking code. After that, you can expect to see your order arrive in 2-7 business days, depending on where you live.

Return shipping for returns or exchanges is complimentary!
We use Canada Post for orders shipped within Canada and UPS for American orders. You will be emailed a shipping tracking code for your order.
Local Pickup is now available to Edmonton and Calgary Residents! If you have chosen Local Pick Up you will receive a confirmation email once your item is ready to be picked up. There will also be an email sent to you with further instructions, including protocols to ensure the safety of both yourself and our team. If your item is not picked up within 5 business days of the original pickup date, your item will be shipped to you. Local pick up will only be offered if the item you are looking for is available at your local store.
All of our product ships duty free within Canada!
For US orders, only our Heels and Heeled Sandals have additional import duties . You are responsible for import duties. Please email email@example.com for more information.
Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise and will be displayed on the Order Summary page.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 12 pm MST will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please note that due to the COVID-19 outbreak we have reduced our warehouse staff to practice safe social distancing. This may delay orders up to 48 hours.
As soon as your order is placed, you will be sent an invoice to the email address you entered at checkout. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
We are unable to edit your address after your item has been shipped. If you do notice an error in your shipping address please contact our team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can change your address before your order ships!
