How to Mail Back an Online ReturnUpdated 2 days ago
Please note: A restocking fee of $8CAD ($12CAD for US orders) is deducted from all refunds for returns made back to the original payment method.
For help in creating your online return, please follow the steps below:
1. To start a return you will need your order number and the postal code used in the shipping address in the original order.
- For help finding your order information, log-in to your account and access your order history
2. Once you are in the return portal, click on the item you want to return
3. At this stage, you will be prompted to either exchange for the same item, use the exchange value on a different item, or continue with a return
4. If you choose a return, you will be prompted to choose the return reason. After this, you will need to click 'Submit Return' and a return label will be generated for you. A return confirmation email will also be sent to the email that was used to place the order.
5. If you choose an exchange, you will choose the new product/size/colour, and then it will take you to the final step. You must choose 'Submit Return' and a return label will be generated for you. A return confirmation email will also be sent to the email that was used to place the order.
- Exchanges are pushed through as soon as the return is dropped off and scanned in by the courier.
