Do my Poppy Perks points expire?
Poppy Perks points expire after 1 year of inactivity. Activity is considered as the following:
- Making a purchase
- Receiving a perk/reward - This includes all perks except for earning points via the Birthday campaign. For example, if a customer is inactive and only received points as part of the Birthday campaign, they will be considered inactive.
- Referral completion
- Referral share
- Redeeming points
How will I know my points are going to expire?
Before your points expire, you will receive a notice 30 days prior to the date of point expiry in order to provide you with enough time to take action to keep your points active.
Can I get my points back after they've expired?
No. All expired Poppy Perks points are ineligible to be reinstated into an account after 1 year of inactivity.
Can I transfer my Poppy Perks points to another account?
Point transfers can be done by reaching out to our Concierge team at [email protected].
