Shipping Options
Poppy Barley ships across North America. Orders shipping within Canada are shipped via Canada Post or UPS and to the US via UPS. Return shipping for returns in Canada is subject to an $8 CAD return fee. Return shipping for US returns is subject to a $12 CAD return fee. Exchanges are complimentary.
We now offer Express Shipping Options (a surcharge to guarantee a faster delivery service) for Canadian customers ordering in-stock items online.

Orders placed after the shipping cut-off time will ship out the following business day.
Express shipping options (Xpresspost) don't apply to made-to-order and pre-order items.
Shipping & Delivery to Australia
Poppy Barley now ships internationally to Australia. All international Australia orders are shipped via FedEx*.
All Australia orders will be subject to a flat shipping fee of $35. Please note that in the instance a return is required the shipping fee is non-refundable.
*Courier subject to change. Any change of courier will be notified through tracking information to the customer.
Taxes and Duties
All Australian orders will be subject to a 10% VAT. VAT is to be paid at the time the order is received.
Additional duty charges may apply for orders of $1000 AUD or more. In the instance an order is $1000 AUD or more, customers will be required to pay duty charges at the time the order is received.
Local Pickup
Local Pickup is now available to Edmonton, Calgary, and Vancouver Residents! If you have chosen Local Pick Up you will receive a confirmation email once your item is ready to be picked up. Local pick up will only be offered if the item you are looking for is available at your local store. If your item is not picked up within 5 business days of the original pickup date, your item will be shipped to you.
Shipping Cut Off Times
Orders will be shipped out within 1 to 3 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will be sent an invoice to the email address you entered at checkout. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder.
For online orders, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking code once your order has shipped.
You can also track your order at any time from within the Order History page in your Poppy Barley account.
Order Cancellation
If you need an order cancelled or changed, email our team before our shipping cut-off times*** at [email protected] and we'll do our best to help. After our shipping cut-off times, your order is in transit and we are unable to cancel it.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 9 am MST will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

All of our products are made in North America or Europe and ship duty free across North America!
Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise and will be displayed on the Order Summary page.
